Shipping Policy

At NatureHug, our customers are our prime priority and we take utmost care in ensuring that your products are delivered to you in the best condition. We have partnered with multiple delivery services having a good service record and we keep evaluating them on a timely basis.

1. We offer free shipping pan India on all orders above INR 400. For orders below INR 400, a standard shipping charge of approx INR 55 (subject to increase or decrease slightly based on delivery location) will apply
2. We currently do not ship products out of India
3. The typical time of delivery after placing an order is approximately 4-5 business day, but this can change because of some uncontrollable circumstances
4. Our shipping partners deliver on working days, excluding Public Holidays
5. We will share the shipping details once we hand over your order to courier partner and will also share the link to track your shipment in real time

Please note:

• Shipping address refers to where the product has to be shipped and therefore you are requested to mention your complete address with a pin/zip code and a working phone number.
• Billing address refers to the address where a customer receives their debit/credit card bills.
